Job Location: Gurgaon Dear Candidate, Web Designer â€" Client Services Job Description: Cvent is looking for passionate and experienced Web Designers with strong CSS coding skill v2.1 This person will work closely with Client Services team in India and US to create and modify attractive WebPages for our clients on Cvent software applications. Client Services Team: Our team of about 150 Product Consultants, Analysts, graphic designers, web designers and Relationship Managers is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. Work Hours: This position involves working hybrid US hours. Work Days: Monday to Friday (Fix shift 5 days a week â€" Weekends off.) Position Duties: • Understand and conceptualize client’s requirement in aspect of designing and implement that on various aspect • Create, modify and enhance client’s WebPages and graphics/artworks • Design and create professional looking HTML mailers for client - cross-browser and cross-platform compatible • Organize and maintain a library of existing projects and resource • Coordinate with India/US teams/International Clients regarding project independently Candidate Requirements: • 2 - 5 years of professional experience as a Web designer or in a similar role • Strong skills in hand-coded HTML, CSS 2.1 with concept of Grid based CSS Framework and CSS 3.0 development • High level of comfort on Float based HTML designs • Ability to conceptualize/create design/understand client’s requirement/handle and deliver projects independently • Experience on creating standalone HTML pages and e-mailers • Knowledge of best practices related to HTML mailers compatibility across various browsers and email clients (such as Ms Outlook and Lotus Notes) • A strong understanding of artistic and design principles such as typography, composition, color theory, and layout designing/formatting • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to create artwork for websites. • High level of comfort and willing to use and learn online and various software products • Quick learner with a positive attitude and a team player • Good communication skills â€" verbal and written • Flash animation skill is a plus • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline • Degree/Diploma/Certificate from a reputed institute on Web Designing Is this job relevant to you?
