Client : Vertex Group URL : www.vertexgroup.com Location : Gurgaon (Also have to travel to UK) Employment Type : Permanent Role : Sr. Analyst - Technology Salary : Best in the Industry Interview Process : 2 â€" 3 rounds of interview Shift Timing : UK Based: 12:30 â€" 9:30 PM Salary : Up to 5.5 lakhs NOTE: Candidate should be willing to do early joining. Maximum time given will be 20 days Role Description: • To liaise with the customer, project managers and peers to provide a high level of service and stability within the UU Asset Systems Applications. • To diagnose faults on the UU Asset Systems Applications, monitor system states and provide fixes and user advice as required. • To work on planned software enhancements to the systems, adhering to strict deadlines and being accountable to the UU Asset Systems Applications Manager. • To adhere to the in-house ISO9001 quality control procedures for system enhancements and bug fixes. • To work both as an individual and as part of a team on unusual technical problems to tight deadlines. • To provide software & hardware maintenance capabilities within the team. • To provide a technical lead in the identification of bugs and application of code fixes and system enhancements. • To play an active part in ensuring that the department is able to take advantage of current and future technology capabilities by maintaining an awareness of developments in the IT industry. • To liaise with UU Asset Systems Applications end users, project managers and peers to provide a high level of service and stability within the applications. • To work both as an individual and as part of a team on unusual technical problems to tight deadlines. Knowledge/ Skills: • Technical Skills - J2EE, PL SQL, Java Script, Unix, Unix Script • Proven ability to resolve incidents, • Working in a structured manner for incident and problem management • Following a change management procedures • To provide support for key application for UU, demonstrate initiative when working through issues Any doubts any queries, please fell free to contact me on +91 9654797937.
