Experience required for the Job: 3 - 6 years Annual Salary of the Job: 1.0 - 2.0 Lacs Job Location: Delhi/NCR, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida Dear Candidate, Job Title : System Analyst Experience Required : 3-5 Years CTC : Up to 3 Lacs Location : Noida Duties & Responsibilities : • Manul Testing,Written Test Cases,Software Testing,Mapping client’s requirement and translating these requirements into functional specification & detailed test plans. • Conceiving development requirements, understanding the scope of the product and preparing business process flow, business model. • Documenting specification procured from the client. • Assisting the project manager in preparing project plans and assisting IT personnel to define and refine business strategy. • Identifying and resolving the gap in the process flow, if any by consistently co-ordinating with the development team and the client. • Understanding the data flow and life cycle & ensuring software feature are in line with business process. • Removing unnecessary procedures in process, ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client’s and the organization’s end. • Analyzing data provided and translating them into software features adhering to quality and company policies & procedures. • Support developers for understanding requirements of the clients and thereby avoiding gaps. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of SDLC.Knowledge of company supported hardware, software and operating systems to include configuration and connectivity. Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software. Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems. Knowledge of computer flow charts and of programming logic and codes. Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions. Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC and/or mainframe applications and systems. Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications. Records maintenance skills. Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol. Knowledge of federal copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software. Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users. Ability to learn and support new hardware, software and operating systems. Work with users requires interpersonal skills.
